The location is perfect, just steps away from the lively Leicester Square. The room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet. The bathroom was well-equipped and the bed was very comfy. The staff were helpful and the cleanliness was top notch. The property also had a good selection of tea and coffee in the room, as well as ample storage space.
Felt very much at home, no complaints whatsoever.

Located in the midst of attractions, this hotel was a dream. The tube station and China town were just a few steps away. The rooms were beautifully furnished, with comfortable beds, a great shower and luxury toiletries. The staff was friendly and provided attentive service. The soundproof rooms with black out curtains ensured a great night's sleep. An added bonus was the outdoor seating area with excellent service.
The cafeteria at the entrance did not meet expectations.

The hotel's location was perfect for our New Year's stay. We were right in the heart of the city, with easy access to all the major attractions. The room was a good size and had all the necessary amenities like towels, bath robes, and toiletries. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The highlight was the bathroom, with its lovely decor and a spacious shower. the staff were friendly and cute, ready to assist with any issues or queries.
The temperature in the room. Despite the AC facility, it was quite warm, and unfortunately, there was no option to open the window for some fresh air.

The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city. Our room was stylish and clean with comfortable bedding. The staff arranged an early check-in for us, much appreciated. We had a minor issue with the shower head, but it was resolved promptly by the maintenance team. we had a great stay at this hotel.

We loved the hotel's prime location, very close to everything, including the nearby subway station. The hotel facilities were excellent, and we enjoyed the cleanliness of the rooms. The staff members were very friendly and helpful.

We loved staying here! The location was perfect, right in front of the main square. The housekeeping and laundry services were impeccable and we enjoyed the complimentary welcome drink. The room amenities were fantastic too, from the heating and air conditioning to the in-room safe and tea/coffee facilities. The terrace was a lovely touch, and the rooms were surprisingly soundproofed. We also enjoyed the free toiletries and electric kettle, as well as the flat-screen TV and carpeted floors.
We definitely recommend this place to families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in the heart of the city.
